Fingerprint Unlocking

Dear Sir, 

I am facing problems with my finger print unlocking usually while I am using my Note 10+ ( SM-N975F). I was also facing a similar problem while I was using my S10+ earlier last year when I bought. 

Kindly request you to improvise the fingerprint scanner update through some software update for my Note 10+ & maybe many other devices which are facing same problem too. I had also used a OnePlus 7T Pro but it has a much faster fingerprint than my Note 10+ too. 

Request you to kindly do the needful earliest.

this problem has no solution either company provide 3d face scanner or just drop this tech for good

we are lucky that we have physical fingerprint scanner for our Note 9

ok try this, go to settings search-> special access-> optimize battery usage-> choose all apps-> disable com.samsung.android.biometrics.app.setting ( this can improve the u.s fingerprint scanner )
