Fingerprint Scanner

I have been using my phone outside in bright light for a while and what i find is a patch of dimly lit pixels around the ultrasound fingerprint scanner on my note 10 plus....I wanted to clarify from u guys whether it is normal to have that patch in daylight out is it a matter of concern?...
