[FIXED!!!] Samsung Note 9 - Display Discoloration

Good day, Samsung Note 9 Users.

I've been experiencing also screen discoloration on my note 9 for months but I've found a simple solution. No need to install third party app for temporary fix as it may damage the screen permanently. All you need to do is ACTIVATE your "ALWAYS ON DISPLAY" and set to always ON. 

Ensure that "always on display" already appeared on the screen(with slight delay) before turning on your screen. That's it! Hope this helps but it's just still temporary.

To SAMSUNG, hope you can find ways to permanently fix this.

I guess this is last device for me as well. Let's move to Apple or other devices, then only rest of people will get attention from Samsung to focus this issue. They are just blaming 3rd party apps for this problem which not true. No solutions from then though you will rais online complaints.

Mine didnt work; to samsung pls. fix this; I wanted to upgrade my current device SM-N9600; but if Samsung does such things i need to think it again.

Same issue today and All I did was unplug it from charging and it turned all dull and with lines. Contacted Support here and they want me to take it to the service centre and pay $70 for assessment. Ridiculous

Samsung deliberately did this to ensure you either buy a new phone or repair the screen. New business model. Mine went yesterday after a software update. They have asked me to get the screen replaced

My husbands samsung did this after an upgrade, simple fix. TURN THE BLUE LIGHT FILTER OFF.

I too facing this issue on my galaxy note 9
Service centre says change the display for 13500
Kindly do anything to fix this.

Its work me for more then a week but not more so issue is persist

I am facing screen discolouration after last update May it can fix via rollback update

Its time to consider other devices then samsung

Samsung plz fix the issue asap or change the phone. Its embarrassing to use the phone in public with screen issue and that too on a expensive phone like Note 9.
