Samsung has wants to fool its customers who want to apply for exchange scheme for Galaxy Note 20/20 Ultra.
Samsung knowingly excluded its 2019 and mid 2018 devises like Note 10/10+, S 10/10+/E, and instead included divises from far past like Note 5/5 Neo, S 8/8+, etc..which generally its customers do not use in recent times. And they have advertised that upto ₹76000/- exchange is possible.
that is why I mentioned on my pincode. You are from which state ? And why is Samsung including it pincode or state wise. Exchange policy should be same for every consumer.
