Been looking up Samsung Shop to buy my next phone, the Note10 Lite I have is almost 3 years old now.
Turns out, they won't take it for exchange anymore. They're taking phones of other brands that are older than this one. But their own device, isn't listed for exchange anymore!
Is it the same everywhere? It is quite a disappointing development, that they wouldn't offer exchange for their product that is still in the update cycle.
