HDFC CASHBACK

Hi all, 

I purchased new samsung note 20 ultra with an exchange offer.

Also they have mentioned that on pre booking i will get 80000 cashback.

Now, its 5 months passed but i still didn't got any cashback.

Can anyone please help me for the same?

Please login to hdfc net banking then go to cards choose debit card or credit which ever is used by you then choose enquire and you will see the debit card or credit card points, you need redeem it

Then you need to contact bank

You mean 8000 right?
Btw for that cash back you have to contact bank, only they can help you.
