Dear Samsung Administrator, 

Am waiting for my EVOUCHER since 25th Aug , I have pre-booked the device and claimed in Samsung Members application , phoned Samsung several times emailed several time till today no response, whats happening with my EVOUCHER?? Will you please respond to email or here ??

Does this platform/community managers ever respond to queries or emails? How do we even contact them directly?

The problem is we (customer's ) can only reach till Call center executives not even to their senior manager or anyone who have the power to make any decisions. The sad part is their is no option to file a complaint no email I'd or contact details . As customer's we just waste our Airtime calling to the call centers and problems won't get solved at all .

The absurd thing is that a whole community of customers is without administrator or customer care agent/s, i've been emailing and posting messages here since April, dololo response.

I did send an email to the above mentioned address on the 17th of April and again on the 9th of June, in both instances there was no aknowledgement or response to my matter. I'm gonna send anothe one again today for the 3rd time, your customer service is not so good.

Also had the same issue but eventually received my voucher the afternoon after sending through my stuff to the email provided, and subsequently received my Buds Live two days later.

please try that email if you haven't already

After I spoke to call center people they asked me to email and I have email to the following email id
1.Verify@samsung.com
2.Tellus@samsung.com
3.Zaestore@samsung.com

To which only the 3rd email gave me a response that they are escalating the problem to concern team members and nothing has happened till now.

its like launching an investigation lol. it must be hard to provide a simple e voucher with the amount of dishonest ppl around and incompetent workers and service providers
