Dear Samsung Administrator, 

Am waiting for my EVOUCHER since 25th Aug , I have pre-booked the device and claimed in Samsung Members application , phoned Samsung several times emailed several time till today no response, whats happening with my EVOUCHER?? Will you please respond to email or here ??

Hi am still waiting for the R4000 evoucher for Note 20 series, everytime I contact Samsung am getting different answers , will it be possible for you to track and give me a relevant information regarding the same . Or should I leave this enquires in a conclusion that the promo was just a marketing thing and am not gonna receive anything as promised.

Hi am still waiting for the Evoucher code after 3 months of device been launched , even after several enquires and call still the answer is we have ESCALATED the matter . Even after phoning Samsung and asking for a feedback they don't have any answer , agent said she is gonna ESCALATE the matter internally and will give me a call back once she get a answer and its been more than 2 weeks . Emails has been send with no response at all .

whats the plan of Samsung South Africa all the advertisements are just a gimmick to boost the sales or are these advertising real . Have you ever given any single customer what has been promised ???

I hope atleast i will receive a proper and satisfactory reply from you .
