Dual whatsapp is not able to open pdf or any other document file

So many times I made complaint statiting that my dual whatsapp is not functioning properly. But so far I never received any reply. They didn't rectify this issue. Such a irresponsibility is not acceptable.

I got this from whatsapp support.. looks like an issue with Samsung dual messenger option.. I didn't have this issue with Mi phone last few years 😐
