I am unable to open pdf and documents files from Dual Whatsapp. And also the downloaded file not appearing in file folder. And after some days the old document and pdf files are not forwarding to other contacts....
I also reset my dual whatsapp account...and then also it didn't changed yet ...same problem

You should install Microsoft Office for document purpose as we can also share directly from there after opening a file, only one purpose of Microsoft account
Don't use dual whatsapp. It has become unusable due to recent policy changes. Take a backup of your chats and files in gdrive, install WhatsApp Business from the play store, register your number and disable dual whatsapp. Let me know if you face any problem.
