My phone got damaged and a slight crack has appeared, but last week I don't know how my display started dimming, and then now...when I boot the phone, Samsung Note 9 message is shown properly, but then immediately display gets blank and nothing shows up...then I force reboot it and then the same happens everytime.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon. To exit safe mode: Restart your device.
