Even after factory reset the one UI 2 is not running properly on my note 10+. Is there any other way to fix it. (Lag in the apps, unable to use edge lighting, device care not working properly).

wait for a slow update from samsung to fix these bugs. you can report them here for the developer community to notice.

do it proper way...your device will work fine here is the procedure....1st reset device from general management...then when device switched on then imminently switch off the device.....then press power key +volume up+Bixby button together and bring it to factory mood reset from there also....that is perfect reset...try once

try this method
1.HardReset.info: At the very beginning hold down Volume Down + Power button for a couple of seconds to turn off the mobile.
2.HardReset.info: If the screen go dark start pushing Volume Up + Power key for a few seconds.
3.HardReset.info: Let go of held buttons when you see the SAMSUNG Galaxy logo.
4.HardReset.info: In Recovery Mode choose wipe data/factory reset. Use Volume buttons to scroll down and the Power key to confirm that.
5.HardReset.info: Then choose yes and confirm with the Power button.
6.HardReset.info: At the end select reboot system now

Open Samsung member app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error reports>attach log file.
