try to take photography in normal light condition and check...because at night, sometimes if you apply flash then it can capture dust also and produce photographical noice...I think there is no problem with your device camera lence...it's all about lighting conditions and techniques of take photography.

then once go to Samsung service center..may be hardware or software issue...as per my knowledge, if camera is producing issue after reset device, camera settings etc...then better to go to authorized Samsung service center
