I have been using this galaxy note 9 for 11 months and trust it's been a bad choice to turn to samsung for the premium product. Why I am saying this is I got my phone and no doubt at first it was really good and soon after 7 months my s pen malfunctioned and I got to know that s pen is an accessory and has only 6 months of warranty. Then after 11 months of usage my display is gone now and in a peculiar manner that when the brightness levels around 20 to 80% I see some black lines and a greenish display. But when its 100% the display is proper. And I visited the service center and they were like there are scratches on the display panel so cant fix it free of cost and they also told it's a manufacturing defect. And the display comes with the display panel so it cant be repaired under warranty. This is absurd to even hear that since that scratches where there for a long time now and they are saying it maybe because of that impact. I deny that its because of the impact since it shouldn't work when the brightness is 100%. Its clearly a problem in the pixels of the display and please note that after several arguements in the service center they agreed that its manufacturing defect and not because of the dent. I regret buying this already and hope you guys dont make the same mistake that I did

mfg defect and at the same time "impact". I Dint understand!!!!!
Must be some weird Samsung engineer. Write an Email to Samsung India and also on this forum as well along with the pics or screenshots or screen videos.
