I have a Samsung note 10, i have noticed since july the battery it goes from 100 to 40 or 30% in 4 or 5 hours due to an app called: call log backup and restore. I have already reset my phone from fabric and work for a few days...but this app appears again and drain my battery the same as before.

So many people are having the same problem....are you gonna fix it...when?

do these settings to save more battery life and observe for next 2-3 days

1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

3. Google >click on 3dot>usage and diagnostics >off this option

4. developer option >background limit>no background processes.

5. Long press on each app specially 3rd party and rarely used app>app info>

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

6. Device care>battery >select "optimised and adaptive power saving.

Steps to enable developer option
settings >about phone>software information >then u find build number >tap 7 times>then back to settings
and at end of settings one new option called developer option
click on it and find that option

then go to settings >apps>search Google >notifications >and disable all unnecessary notification as Google has huge notifications settings which consuming lots of battery.

once check in the safe mode
battery drain or not
if don't not drain means
issue with the third party apps

1Power off the device.

2Now turn on your device by pressing the Power key . When Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key .
If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.

Battery draining is problem for every new Samsung phone. Because of its ONE UI.
Every One UI phone has BIG Battery but still can't give single day backup.
