How to disable this I have put this thing in restricted battery mode but still using this much battery percentage

I have a samsung smart watch and I attend calls there sometimes, is that the problem?

Possible. Disconnect your watch for a couple of days and see if that helps

If you don't want to use it, revoke all permissions under the permissions tab and then force stop it.
Also, if you want to use it, give the bare minimum permissions and turn on "remove permissions if app is not used" option.
