Poor Performance

Dear Samsung,

 I just wanted to mention this I was using Samsung Galaxy Note 10 which is a flagship device an year back, Initially Device was working fine with great performance, Battery and camera was extremely good with flagship performance. But your updates made my device performance poor , camera quality reduced, battery draining like anything, I think Samsung wantedly doing this to make us update to latest flagship devices but we are not fools to notice this changes. Please stop this foolish stunts we purchased this device by paying high prices please try to do justice to your loyal customers at least. 

1) Device gets heated with normal usage

2) Battery drain

3) Reduced camera quality

please address this issues.

camera quality is now a days **bleep** #samsungindia .....worst quality i have ever seen....even note9 quality is far better then note10 plus
