I own a Galaxy note 10. Some days ago I got a notification from the system about "battery deterioration/reduction in performance". And my phone is overheating, also I find myself more often charging. So I went to the service center. They said my battery is in good shape. They said my phone was heating up because I didn't charged my phone with Samsung's official charger. So I replaced my charger with the official one and did a diagnosis of my phone which said that "Battery life is weak".
What can I do right now?

If there's any issue while using the phone then tell the service center to change the battery. Or visit any other service center if they refuse to do it.

There's no issue while using the phone other than overheating. But the battery doesn't last long as it used to. I own this phone for 2.5 years.

Then I suggest you to change the battery. And the usage pattern is responsible for the battery issue. In your case I guess you were not using the original charger pls use the original charger. I used Galaxy A51 for 5 years and till date it's life is normal.

I have just changed my charger to official charger today. Let's see how well it works. If the concers are still there, I will definitely seek help from the service center again and replace the battery.

Sure but for better battery backup and better performance you have to change the battery and after it use original charger cause it is set to charge the Samsung device. Cause all smartphones have many kinds of charging inputs like some have 20watts charger or 100watts. If you want to ask something else you can ask me without ang hesitation.
