Auto update problem

Why doesn't auto update come on my samsung Note 10 ? Its rolls on last august 2020 security patch and OneUI 2.1

Bro better visit service center as note 10 in India is running on Android11/UI3.1

Bro I can flash and upgrade myself but my question is why auto doesn't come?

contact them by using get help section and share this issue might be they will tell you the reason or solution too

Try reset the settings once...
Untick the autoupdate and then tick it..
