App update paused after One UI 4.1 update

Keep getting this annoying error message every 5 minutes.

This started after updating to One UI 4.1 a few minutes back. 

I've tried the following, but it hasn't helped.

1. Restarted the phone.

2. Disconnect wifi and use 4G.

3. Play Store network preferences set to update over any network.

4. Used the 'Wait for Wi-Fi' and 'Use data' actions on the notification (doesn't do anything)

Does anyone have a clue on how to fix this? This is really annoying.

hello friends,

it is annoying to get beep sound every 30 seconds. I am using samsung galaxy f22,  version 4.1 .
do we have fix for this or not?.. if there is a fix, what is the fix. and how to fix it.
