Galaxy NoteHi there,
To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
1. Reset the device settings by navigating to Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Settings.
2. You can also check by updating the application via app store/Google play store.
3. Once re-login the Samsung account in your device.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
