Syncing of Contacts on Note 9 after update

Hi, my stock Contacts App on my Note 9 has stopped syncing with my Google Account after the update of my UI system on the phone on 15th Jan 2020. Can someone help me resolve this issue??

login to website of samsung cloud.After login then pop will show accept it and then try again syncing

Hi there,

 

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

1.Navigate to settings> google settings> select account and services >Ensure contacts sync is selected to auto sync.

2. Backup and sync should be on.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
