Please support and share this issue if you find it a genuine issue with all samsung users. Your support can make this implemented by samsung developers faster. Note 9 is premium phone always and it has started this year onwards to launch Beta also with Note 9. This is because of demand from members.
Some people cant digest this fact and blaming customer service for giving false information.
Trust me guys I had discussed with Samsung Authorities and it is confirmed Note 9 will be getting Beta.

It is 100% coming for Note 9, do not write frequently to customer service or else Samsung will take back their decision.
