Call them. They will ask for ur number and the imei of ur note 7. After 24 hours, they will call u back.

i call them 15-oct about my note7 for refund.they said they will call me but didn't call yet...

They are the worst call center and they make you feel like your asking for a favour and when they say they will call you back, trust me that will never happen.
