Ok, to get the new update download the switch application for your Mac / Windows and you will be able to get the latest firmware update. I just did it for mine and got the update and now runing on the latest Android Q 酪

I am still waiting for the new Android Q for my Note 10+ star wars edition. Anyone else received the new update???

use Samsung switch, that's what I did to move my IPhone 7 to S7 edge. it was easy, all you need to do is download Samsung switch on both devices and follow the options. select moving from IOS for the old device and the rest is easy.

Most mobile shops will do it if the parts available, or you can just take into Samsung service and get it done. It's not covered under warranty and there was a charge.

I haven't received the update yet, but you will get a notification once it's ready for download.
