Spread the word and ensure that Samsung realizes and accepts their mistake. I read one user exchanged his phone for an IPhone and that works on both Airtel and Jio 5G networks in Bangalore.

This is how Samsung is working with India's biggest telecom providers Jio and AirTel. It's a shame that Samsung is lying to customers and sold them phones which do not connect to 5G networks and Samsung is least bothered about the old customers who purchased Note20 Ultra 5G mobile phones and is simply busy launching new phones with better software and 5G connectivity on them.

consumer court complaint karo me bhi karunga or jiske pass note 20ultra hai jisme 5g work nahi kar raha hai wo sbhi complaint kare consumer court me .koi kuch nahi bolta hai ye isliye consumer ko bevkuf samjhte hai .or jhoot bolker phone sell karte hai.

I have already escalated the matter to National Consumer forum and still waiting for a response from Samsung and in case they don't reply then will surely escalate to the Consumer Court as well. I agree these people at Samsung think we are fools and the keep blaming the network or the telecom provider and Don't own their own mistakes and the worst part is the Samsung software and quality team which is sitting and reading all these comments but don't want to do anything. I have filed the complaint to NCH saying the same that Samsung is misleading customers and sold non 5G phones as 5G.
