5G not working

I am using samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5G (korea version) in india with airtel simcard. However 5G is not working. Its saying 5G software is not there. What can be done? How do i get 5G software?

So far there is no hope for devices purchased from out of India.

As you have an Korean Version of Note 10 Plus. So it will not be available. Because the Samsung Korea had not ofcourse made their software to support Indian Sim. And they will not support Indian Sim in future also most probably.

If i buy a global version phone then will this issue be resolved?

Its better recommend you buy Indian Version of smartphone.
Because there are major difference in them like.
1. Different Chipset
2. Difference in Model Number
3. Difference in Performance of device.
As far if you still buy International Version then it's not confirm that you will get support to Indian 5G sim.
