wifi connection issue M31

I m using samsung galaxy m31 .when I enable my wifi at that time not single connection display. But in my another old mobile it shows 7 to 8 wifi networks available. I also attached my two mobiles screen shots. 

Kindly guide me how to resolve this problem.

brother when ur wifi completed searching nearby device then it will show

Try with secure wifi off or this screenshot option it can help.

The Samsung galaxy m31 is not able to forget a wifi connection. How can I do this? How can I forget a wifi connection?

Whenever i connects to my wifi it display "connected without internet" but it is connected well in another devices and works properly.

Exactly the same problem i am facing. Samsung is trying to provide more feature at cheap price but it is getting failed to provide good quality of smartphone. I am speaking frankly because even after i contacted them several times they didn't take any action
