wifi connection issue M31

I m using samsung galaxy m31 .when I enable my wifi at that time not single connection display. But in my another old mobile it shows 7 to 8 wifi networks available. I also attached my two mobiles screen shots. 

Kindly guide me how to resolve this problem.

I have similar issue in our m31s mobile bought 5 days ago . tweeking settings of mobile does not help and it has got to do with service provider for sim not external wifi. just fedup

I have also same issue wifi connected not internet

Whenever i connects to my wifi it display "connected without internet" but it is connected well in another devices and works properly and Mobile data works properly.
