Android 2.2 Device Administration API is coupled with the native screen locker and login mechanism, allowing for development of r adaptive security applications and centralized policy management tools. it will help you to detect trogen and malicious things if it's present within other 3rd party unknown screen lock...just leave as it is ..

Still on pie? Just click on that service it will show details of permissions it is granted and using.. You can check which app created it from there and decide if its unwanted 3rd party.

Purpose of asking SS is just to know which app is it. So it is by Google play services so no worries of privacy, trojan or any malware etc.. But the thing is why 2 admin apps by Google play services 🤔🤔

I had an app like that on my phone. But it could also be a spy app. I think it would be better to download https://theteensafe.com/whatsapp-spy/ and track it. That should solve the problem.
