Subject: Device Rebooting After One UI 7 Update on Galaxy M15 5G

Message:

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am experiencing serious issues after updating my Samsung Galaxy M15 5G (Model: SM-M156B) to One UI 7 / Android 14. After the update, my phone started randomly rebooting under the following conditions:

When pressing the Volume Up or Down buttons

When opening media-related apps like YouTube

These reboots occur frequently and make the device difficult to use. The issue did not exist before the update, and I have already tried:

Safe Mode

Resetting All Settings

Testing different apps

Nothing has resolved the issue. It seems to be a system-level or firmware-related bug triggered by the update.

Kindly advise on how I can resolve this — or if you recommend visiting a service center for diagnosis or official firmware reinstallation. My device is under warranty and has not been rooted or modified in any way.

Thank you for your assistance.
