unable to open many apps after update

The recent update is disappointing. Most apps aren't working. Though Samsung M31 boast an 8gb RAM but it acts like a 4gb OnePlus. Is it just me or its happening with everyone. Its only been 6months, I tried clearing the Cache as it says the RAM is almost full, I really wonder why Samsung can't provide a automated self care system where  RAM gets optimised regularly to avoid such situation.

Almost all user facing this issue Check Android system web view update, if available then update and then observe
