After the one UI 3 update on m51 battery drains fast when streaming videos through Netflix or YouTube

It hasn't even Been 3 months since I bought the phone
Before the update streaming videos on Netflix and YouTube the battery consumption was very less approximately 1-2 hours of usage barely consumed 5-6% Now after the update it takes around 10-15% for 1-2 hours of playback
Battery drainage in browsing Instagram had also increased it takes around 20+% per hour of usage

All settings are same as before same while playback "not full screen video , normal aspect ratio with black bars, Same quality , Location off , Bluetooth off , Phone on airplane mode ,only WiFi Enabled"
I do not know what is causing this , I tried all optimization options , including cache clearing , battery status is shown as good.

This is today's usage and you can see 1hr 30mins of usage took 30%!!
