After the software update unable swipe down notification bar while using other

On my m32 .After the software update unable swipe down notification bar while using other apps .only i can swipe down it when I return to home screen . What is the issue dose anyone know it

Use one hand operation+ in good lock.. Normally it won't work.

I turned on one hand operation+
Slide finger print sensor to notification pannel down thats work . thank you

There is a three finger screen shot was available before that's not available now.and screen recording option gone too
