first go to storage clean all data and tab on enable options to enable it.


if that's not work then reinstall that firmware trough smart switch.

Did you buy your device with Samsung Finance+? If yes, then you can use secure folder only after you complete your EMIs.

If you bought your device through Samsung finance+, then clear your emi first..after that it will be enabled automatically
