Clear cache of system ui

also clear cache of call settings

and if you recently installed any 3rd party apps like, then uninstall it

Uninstall the Network Speed app, as it is also not responding.
First clear it's data and then Uninstall
Maybe this third party app is creating the problem.

first restart your device and check
