I'm sorry why I chose Samsung.

My device  getting automatically restart. When  I visit  the my  nearest  Samsung service center  they asked me for eight thousands rupees. 
Why Samsung is not responding the all users that what the issue why we are facing this

M21 is also facing the same issue after the last update

My M21 is also freezes and restarts, and service center asked to replace mother board at 7k+ cost. When communicated with Samsung customer support , they claim that 'Samsung have not reported and confirmed this issue after any software update'  . Seems they do not read the Samsung community messages.
