samsung m31s hang heating and restarting again and again please suggest some proper solution

I use M30s and even I was facing the problem,I sent about my issue in Error reports and they replied that
1-Turn off auto-restart(if on)
2-Reduce your storage by 10%
When I tried all these,the problem still didn't go away.
So,I went to service center this monday and they told that they need to replace the motherboard and it costs around 6k.
After listening to this I returned back without replacing the motherboard.
Then when I lost hope that my phone will be alright,I found a video in YouTube which solved my problem 70%
My phone still restarts but the frequency has decreased.
That video told me to RESET ALL SETTINGS.
NOTE-Its not a factory reset and you won't loose your data.All settings regarding The camera(watermark,Grid lines and camera order will be changed),and always on display will be reset.

My m21 had the same problem but one day it was going on restarting and suddenly it stopped on the bootlogo never booted again....paid 5k and replaced the motherboard

You should have pressed the volume down button and power button at the same time
Then it would have on

Tried many times...didnt work same thing was happening...infact it wasnt charging also
