Galaxy MThis problem happens with me almost every time, actually if you lock the focus and quickly click the photo everything is fine, but when you take some time after locking focus then on pressing shutter button the focus changes to someplace else.
Trick:
1. At the top you see an option for timer, set that to 2sec.
2. Now long press at area where you want focus to lock the Focus and exposure.
3. Click the shutter, after 2sec the photo get clicked and you won't see any focus changing issue.
