Galaxy M1) Go to Settings>>Apps.
2) Search Google Play services. Tap on it. Tap on 3 dots and click on "Uninstall updates".
3) Go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms and update Google Play services.
4) Reboot.
This will resolve the issue. Feel free accepting this as solution if it works.
