Software Update Failed at 25%

My samsung m31 always fail to install soft update in Android 12. It stops at 25% and shows error. 

Customer care says motherboard will not work if they try solve this issue.

Is there any solution?

Nothing constructive happened as motherboard will fail most probably the customer support said.
