Samsung M30s charging problem

My samsung M30s cannot charge with the stock charger, it can only be charged through laptop, but charging speed is very slow!! Please help me out?!

Faulty Adapter.. Try with some other adapter. If it's within 6 months of purchase, get the adapter replaced under warranty.

When did you purchased the device? Power adapter comes with 6 months manufacturer warranty. Get it replaced.

Try Charging with mobile switched off and see.

1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.

2. Check connectivity
Please check whether the charger cable and adapter is fixed well. Remove charging cable and reconnect with mobile phone properly.
