I have taken samsung m31 just launching date. but I am facing some problems during starting days. mobile restarts automatically and its takes time to restart the phone.
I don't think why this problem is occuring continuously
hey Kunal, I faced the same problem too,, but before an few days ago I did 4 things to remove it, any of the trick might work on ur device
1. Reset settings of ur device 2. Run the device in safe mode 3. Format the device 4. Remove some app or game that uses high storage, like pubG and try
To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
If issue still persist or for further assistance, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
already turn off auto restart option then also happened same problem..what is the actual solution for permanent cure otherwise money is fully lost for this product m31
I also have same problem my phone m31 is atomatically reboot and they turn on after 10-15 minutes....and this problem is happened to first day when I...purchased the device
still rebooting and lagging....please remove these glitches as soon as possible....removing animations solved the lagging issue to some extent but....this phone still reboots itself...in the middle of someting...so annoying
