I have taken samsung m31 just launching date. but I am facing some problems during starting days. mobile restarts automatically and its takes time to restart the phone.
I don't think why this problem is occuring continuously
after one month of purchase my m31 is dead. After service center now mobile is on. but suddenly restart automatically. please help me. After hard earing I bought this phone. please please.
I tried reset, safe mode, auto restart turned off, but the phone freeze and restart automatically. Error reports are already submitted. Please let me know the solution. Phone still under waranty
