proximity sensor problem

There is a issue with my device's proximity.it is not working properly for a few days.I can't understand that what to do

no the case which I'm using right now is completely fit edge to edge with my device.It working perfectly after android 10 update.But It doesn't work properly for about 7 days.Sometime it works good sometimes not.hope it will be fix by Samsung through fota update.

My phone also has the same problem....because I use a case which somewhat covers the sensor. When I remove the case, the sensor works normal.

I had also faced the same problem.. and with that issue I also reported at Samsung Service Center, but there they just pulled of my screen protector and the sensor start working.
They said that the screen protector overlap the proxy sensor due to which it might face problem. I strongly suggest that you must try to remove screen protector then try..🙂🙂
