my friend using airtel with different mobile brand and i am using M31s with airtel and we are at same place  he is gettind better internet than me.please solve issue

I have Galaxy A21s with Airtel, and my father use LG with Airtel sim . Both of us have network issues with airtel , my father has more internet problems than me.It is not the problem of Samsung it is the problem of Airtel , I have already Complained this to Airtel , then it became worse.
