In my galaxy m35 8/256 variant unable to lock multiple recent apps. Only allowing single app at once. If you too facing same issue raise it to feedback report section
No way to multiple apps open at a same time. You can open only one app at a time. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Sorry but you are incorrect, I have 2 different samsung phoes and it supports multiple recent app locks this issue is only regarding m35/256. Resolve as soon as.
