issue with notification sound

hi everyone

I just got M31 yesterday (my first android)

I got some problem with notification sound

I tried disble sound on facebook messenger and on phone setting also

but when people chat me, there are always ping (notification sound)

how can I turn this off

its so annoying...

Settings > General Management > Sounds And Vibrations > Notifications Sound > Message(any application) Notification > Disable Notification Sound.
