Samsung default file explorer not showing system files in android > data folder,  after upgrade to android 11 ui3.0 ,

Google has updated their privacy policy in android 11 making android's data and obb folder inaccessible to most apps. You need to install third party folder app like Total commander file manager and enable install source permission to it to be able to access data and obb folders
