I m using samsung M21 after installing march security patches i lost locations of whatsapp folders.. main thing is that in dual messenger system i can see photos in second whatsapp application but it is not found any where in file manager, i tried many hidden file finding option, but not getting my file's loction in storage, please help me to find my very important picture of second whatsapp folder, many of picture is saved manually there, so i must need access of that second whatsapp folder.
In dualapp>android>data>com.whatsapp>cache folder(only one folder showing nothing else)
Yes i called samsung care but they replied its not in our hand coz it's dual messenger app's problem. They tried but not able to solve it. Anu body have solutions please help me.
Finally I called yesterday to Samsung care and the told me that the next security page will solve your problem because in this security patch dual messenger WhatsApp cannot allow to open the files and folders inside file gallery or or file manager
